Intellectual Dynamics Corporation (IDC) serves as Project Advisor to the developer and is currently supporting site acquisition, capital structuring, and financing strategy. IDC's role includes evaluating optimal funding sources, aligning capital partners, and guiding the project through pre-development toward execution.
