This project consists of the rezoning and planned development of 92 affordable-income townhomes in a high-growth suburban market within the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. The site was successfully rezoned by Axis Developers, positioning the project for delivery in a market experiencing sustained population growth, job creation, and strong housing demand. The development is designed to address the region's critical need for high-quality, attainable housing, while aligning with local planning objectives and community growth initiatives. Intellectual Dynamics Corporation (IDC) serves as Project Advisor to the developer and is currently supporting site acquisition, capital structuring, and financing strategy. IDC's role includes evaluating optimal funding sources, aligning capital partners, and guiding the project through pre-development toward execution. Together, Axis Developers and IDC bring a collaborative, execution-focused approach to delivering a thoughtfully planned, financially sound housing community that supports long-term affordability and sustainable neighborhood growth.
