James Ogle
Founder & CEO
James Ogle is a career entrepreneur with more than four decades of experience structuring, developing, and financing investment opportunities across real estate, energy, the digital economy, and global trade. He began his career with early success in real estate investing, advising clients on capital deployment and project-level financing strategies that aligned investment objectives with execution-ready assets.
Over the years, James has built a reputation for identifying underserved niches and transforming complex, multi-disciplinary concepts into bankable, investable projects. His experience spans real property development, energy and infrastructure initiatives, cross-border trade and supply-chain ventures, and the digitalization of physical assets through emerging platform and blockchain-enabled solutions.
In 2006, James consolidated his entrepreneurial and financial expertise by founding IDC Companies, a project development firm providing strategic advisory, project development, and structured finance solutions to domestic and international clients. Through IDC, he collaborates with technical partners, capital providers, and operating teams to deliver scalable projects and long-term capital growth opportunities for qualified investors.

Jiang Dong (John) Lu brings deep international experience in global business development, with a strong focus on energy and infrastructure projects across the United States, Hong Kong, and Greater China. He has successfully established and scaled operations in both Asia and North America, specializing in new-market entry, strategic partnerships, and cross-border transaction execution. Mr. Lu is actively engaged in structuring and negotiating commercial contracts with capital providers and equity investors, supporting complex project development initiatives on a day-to-day basis. Notably, he structured a joint venture with Yangtze River United Economic Development Group under Montgomery Capital Investment in Shanghai, China. Previously, Mr. Lu served as Executive Director of Zhong Qiao in Hong Kong, where he led high-level negotiations with government entities, financial institutions, and private investors—advancing large-scale development and infrastructure initiatives.
